Since very young Zaida discovered in pastry her great passion.
Graduate as publicist, Zaida worked since she was 19 years old for multiple consulting companies on Marketing and Public Relation fields.

Her love for pastry continued and as time came by she discovered that her abilities like consultant in Public Relations and Image could be applied on the elaboration of desserts as a way of transmitting messages through the understanding of the emotions that moved a person to give a dessert as a present and the actual message that he or she intends to transmit.

As a mother of two, Zaida decided to leave her profession as consultant to devote herself to her children and at the same time founding Zaida Marcos Cakes, a company where make much more than simply desserts.

Zaida Marcos Cakes is a company whose main objective is the elaboration of unique and personalized cakes which combined with design, taste, colors and textures succeeds in making your event a magic and absolutely delicious moment.
